We stand behind our service. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of service, contact us and we will issue a full refund of your first month's service charge, no questions asked.
If you experience a service outage lasting more than 24 consecutive hours that is attributable to our network, you are eligible for a pro-rated credit on your next bill. Contact our support team within 30 days of the outage.
Equipment deposits are refundable upon return of all Fast Link Finder equipment in good working condition within 30 days of service termination. Damaged or missing equipment will be charged at replacement cost.
Promotional credits and bill credits applied to your account are non-refundable and have no cash value. They may only be applied to future Fast Link Finder service charges.
Fast Link Finder does not charge early termination fees. If you cancel service mid-billing cycle, you will receive a pro-rated refund for unused days, applied as a credit to the payment method on file within 10 business days.
To request a refund, call our customer service team at (800) 000-0000, Monday through Sunday, 7am–10pm local time. Have your account number ready. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
